Sleep Time Bath & Body Oil


This calming bath & body oil will help relax you and promote a good night’s sleep.

For bath: After you have the run the bath add a small amount of oil, then hop in, relax & inhale deeply.
For body: pour a small amount into the palm of your hand & gently massage on damp skin after bathing/showering.
  To enhance the relaxation effects…..

Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (or Magnesium flakes) to a bathtub of warm water with a small amount of the Sleep Time Bath & Body oil. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes. Epsom salts are rich in magnesium, which is an excellent muscle relaxant and sedative for the nervous system. Dim the lights, burn a candle, breathe in and relax!

Lavender: This essential oil has a soothing, sedative effect, which calms nerves, relaxes muscles, eases anxiety and helps promote sleep. Sweet mandarin A sedative and calming essential oil so useful for insomnia, shock, anxiety, stress-related problems Frankincense This relaxing essential oil is useful for anxiety and insomnia, irritability and stress related conditions Roman chamomile A calming sedative so useful for insomnia.
