Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot or infuser. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. This tea can be enjoyed anytime of the day or night as it is naturally caffeine free.
Sweeten with honey if desired.

Lavender buds: Has soothing effects on the central nervous system generally. It’s thought the slow nerve reactions, slightly easing pain and irritability and clearing the mind of nervous tension. It is a mild sedative and can help with sleeping difficulties.
Lemon balm: Traditionally been used to soothe nervous tension, relieve anxiety and boost mood.
Chamomile flower: As a mild sedative and relaxant, it can help ease anxiety and nervous stress.
Oat straw: A wonderfully nourishing herb for the nervous system, easing anxiety and stress.
