This tea blend has been expertly formulated by medical herbalist Nikki Hill with herbs traditionally used to ease night sweats, hot flushes and other menopausal complaints.

Caution – do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding (sage can dry up the breast milk of lactating mothers when weaning).

Place 3 teaspoons into a teapot or infuser. Add 2 cups (500mls) of near boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and store in the refrigerator. This is best served cold though can be drank warm. Drink up to three cups per day.
