Deep Comfort Bath & Body Oil


A deeply relaxing body oil to help relax muscles and ease discomforts.

For bath: After you have the run the bath add a small amount of oil, then hop in, relax & inhale deeply.

For body: pour a small amount into the palm of your hand & gently massage anywhere you feel discomfort. Use as often as needed.

  To enhance the relaxation effects…
Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (or Magnesium flakes) to a bathtub of warm water with a tablespoon of the deep comfort bath and body oil. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes. Epsom salts are rich in magnesium, which is an excellent muscle relaxant. Excellent to bathe in after weight training sessions or leading up to your period. Dim the lights, burn a candle, breathe in and relax!
An effective anti-inflammatory that improves blood flow and can help reduce period cramps, and ease headaches associated with menstruation. 
Sweet majoram:
Contains analgesic properties so is useful for headaches, migraines, swollen joints, and muscular pain. It is also antispasmodic so useful for intestinal cramps, period pain, muscular cramp and IBS. 
Clary sage:
A powerful antispasmodic so useful for cramps, labour pain, period pain, muscular spasms. It is also a hormone balancer so useful for irregular periods, PMS and during menopause 
Roman chamomile:
A great antispasmodic and relaxant so is useful for IBS, muscular spasm, cramp and period pain.
