For bath: After you have the run the bath add a small amount of oil, then hop in, relax & inhale deeply.
For body: pour a small amount into the palm of your hand & gently massage on damp skin after bathing/showering.
  To enhance the relaxation effects…..

Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (or Magnesium flakes) to a bathtub of warm water with a small amount of the Sleep Time Bath & Body oil. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes. Epsom salts are rich in magnesium, which is an excellent muscle relaxant and sedative for the nervous system. Dim the lights, burn a candle, breathe in and relax!
