spray onto clean, dry skin, ideally 30 minutes before going to bed.

begin with 3 - 4 sprays + rub in mindfully, you can build up to 10 sprays over time once you have adjusted to the magnesium.

your skin may tingle the first few times you use the magnesium, particularly if you are low in magnesium, this is perfecly notmal + will dissipate the longer you use the product.

where you spray is your personal preference, however we recommend the legs, arms + chest.
