Place 1 heaped teaspoon into a teapot or infuser. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 15 minutes or longer. Strain and serve. Drink up to 3 times a day. This tea can be drunk throughout the month, or just for the week before and during your period to help lessen menstrual pain and discomforts. Sweeten with honey if desired.
