For bath: After you have the run the bath add a small amount of oil, then hop in, relax & inhale deeply.

For body: pour a small amount into the palm of your hand & gently massage anywhere you feel discomfort. Use as often as needed.

  To enhance the relaxation effects…
Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts (or Magnesium flakes) to a bathtub of warm water with a tablespoon of the deep comfort bath and body oil. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes. Epsom salts are rich in magnesium, which is an excellent muscle relaxant. Excellent to bathe in after weight training sessions or leading up to your period. Dim the lights, burn a candle, breathe in and relax!
